Ramsbury Tennis Club
amsbury, a village close to the Berkshire border, some 7 miles north east of Marlborough, formed a tennis club in 1973 and started playing on private courts in and around the village. The club boasts approximately 300 members.
Ramsbury Tennis Club is a 5-court club, one of which is marked out for mini tennis. All courts are floodlit. They are Macadam courts and the playing facilities form part of the Recreation Centre in Ramsbury. Also within the centre is a thriving junior and senior football club, cricket club, bowls club as well as supporting many minority activities. Included within these impressive facilities is a fantastic club pavilion.
Lewis and Catherine took on the Joint Head Coaches position in September 2006 and since then the Coaching Programme has grown dramatically. See the clubs timetable for further information on what’s available within the Programme or take a look at Ramsbury Tennis Clubs website.
